“I was in a difficult space, disconnected from the joy of the craft and considered leaving the profession. With enthusiastic recommendations from two friends, I decided to take Diana’s intro class. Once I started working with Diana, it quickly become clear I was exactly where I was supposed to be. Her focus on daily exercise: Mindset and HeARTwork, are the bedrocks of a consistent practice I didn’t know I needed. I began repairing my relationship with the art of acting, continued letting go of perfectionism in the work, started releasing the anger I’ve had about the business and began developing a practice of consistent reengagement with and expansion of my imagination. Diana provides an exquisite balance of safety, rigor, guidance, pressure and endless invitations to expand the imagination, remain curious and continue exploring . . . then a call to show up and enjoy the ride. Within the first couple months of class, I was experiencing myself in the work in deeper, unadorned and surprising ways—it’s been incredibly encouraging. And I’m just beginning. I’m so thankful to be working with Diana and I look forward to seeing how our time together continues to evolve.”

Cherise is no stranger to these valleys, and with a trajectory as successful as hers, she’s had to learn to keep her acting torch aflame in the midst of a thousand winds.
One of the vital ways she keeps the flame of her storytelling mission burning is by attending her weekly acting Zoom classes. This in tandem with the profound script insights and soul lessons transmitted every week by her teacher, Diana Castle, all merge to support Cherise to be unflappable in the face of any winds that blow.
Cherise’s receptiveness and daily explorations, have expanded her humanity, and brought her back home to her joy. A place within herself that she has learned how to support and take care of every day, and thus can never be taken from her.
